Kubov's Legal Aid Agency" was established in 1995 for legal service to civilians and legal entities in the entrepreneurship field.

The agency follows the common international standards and ethical legal profession norms in its activity supporting and developing the best traditions of St. Petersburg legal service.

The head of the Legal Agency is Kubov Valeriy Nikolaevich, born 1955, with lawyer continuity service of 12 years and legal employment history of 20 years. He graduated from the Leningrad State University Jurisprudence Department in 1981. During period from 1982 to 1987, he was a judge at the Nevsky Local Court of Leningrad.
